The present campus is spread over an area of 50.00 acres .The land for this campus has been allotted vide Revenue Department Order No. 30381/Rev dt.19.6.02 and the construction of different building projects were undertaken by the Orissa Police Housing & Welfare Corporation, Bhubaneswar.
BPSPA has the capacity to train 300 officers at a time.

Police Training College, Angul.
Police Training College, Angul established in the year 1937, spread over an area of 109.77 acres of land, located at a distance of 150 Kms from Capital City of Bhubaneswar. It was created to impart training to the Police personnel from the rank of Constable to IPS Probationers.
After functioning of Biju Patnaik State Police Academy at Bhubaneswar, the basic training of the Officers rank i.e. from the rank of Asst.Sub-Inspector to IPS Probationer has been entrusted to Biju Patnaik State Police Academy, Bhubaneswar and only the training of Constables is taken up by the Police Training College, Angul.
The PTC, Angul has a capacity to train 500 Constables in one batch.
Police Training School, Nayagarh.
Police Training School, Nayagarh Established in 1964, spread over an area of 33.36 acres of land, located at a distance of 88 KMs from Capital City of Bhubaneswar.
The PTS, Nayagarh has a capacity to train 300 Constables in one batch.
Armed Police Training Centre, Jharsuguda
The APTC, Jharsuguda functions within the premises of 2nd Bn. at Jharsuguda. It is the oldest training institute for armed sepoys of OSAP. It has a capacity to train 500 sepoys in each batch.
Armed Police Training Centre, Hatibari
Located at 40 KMs from Rourkela, the APTC was established to meet the training requirement of armed constables. It has a capacity to train 500 armed constables in each batch.
